• The Service is available 24/7 unless interrupted by maintenance or unforeseen issues.

• Users retain ownership of their uploaded data.

• We reserve the right to restrict or delete illegal or harmful content.

7. Termination and Suspension

• Users may delete their accounts at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate the Service with prior notice.

• Upon termination, we encourage users to back up their data.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any data loss or damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
